REQUEST FOR FUNDING OF $100,000 FROM THE NEW YORK STATE HORSE COUNCIL, INC.

The New York State Horse Council, Inc. is asking our membership to reach out to your New York State Senate and Assembly person to support funding for the New York State Horse Council, Inc. The attached letter describes the effort that has been ongoing since last December, 2024 through the Empire State Council of Agricultural Organizations, and personal meetings with our legislators to advocate for the NYS Horse Council, Inc. for the support of our programs to advocate for horses, all breeds and disciplines in New York State.
