NYSHC is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization.

Your membership with the NYSHC entitles you to special savings that the American Horse Council has negotiated for products used for your equine farm, business or personal use. These include discounts with John Deere, UPS, Sherwin-Williams, Toshiba Direct, Office Depot, Equine Travel Advantage and Moxie Equestrian. Visit this link to find out more.

President's Note:

Your continued membership support is extremely important to the success of the NYSHC. These funds are utilized to continue our work in the state on your behalf.

We are offering Equisure $1,000,000.00 Excess Equine Personal Liability Insurance through Saddle Partners of America. To provide this benefit we are raising the dues to $55.00 per general membership and insurance is included for one adult and all children in a household under 18. a one-page document with the coverage highlights. A Family membership is $75.00 and insurance is included for two adults and all children under 18. If you have questions about the NYSHC insurance through Equisure/Saddle partners of American contact:

If you are currently a member of the chapters listed, kindly remember to notate that on the form. Forty percent of the NYSHC portion of your dues will be rebated to the chapter of your choice for their operational expenses. This centralized process is facilitating more economical insurance for the entire organization and other benefits.

Group, business, and educational membership dollar amounts are the same as last year and we have apportioned the dues according to the quantity of membership or employees. Our board, through conversations, indicated that equine groups and businesses would like to help us further through increasing their support.
